Warranty terms and conditions
The BM Spares warranty is in addition to the rights and remedies conferred on consumers by the Australian Consumer Law. The warranty does not affect those rights or remedies, except to the extent their application may lawfully be excluded. Individual parts listed are subject to stock availability. BM Spares offer the parts to the purchaser and the purchaser agrees to purchase the goods pursuant to the terms and conditions set out below. The agreed terms and conditions shall be read to limit our liability the full extent permitted under Australian Consumer Law.

Returns terms and conditions
Part doesn’t fit
Returns are accepted if the part purchased doesn’t fit your vehicle, provided the following conditions are met:
- The part is returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
- The part was being used as a like-for-like replacement (not an upgrade.)
- That you have provided us with your vehicle’s VIN or registration (along with any other information requested by our team) prior to or upon ordering.
- You have informed us of any modifications made to your vehicle.
Part is faulty
Faulty, defective or damaged parts are covered under warranty. Please refer to the warranty terms for more information.
Other return reason
All other returns are subject to approval by BM Spares. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee in the event that a return is accepted on this basis. If a return is approved, it must also meet the following conditions to be credited/refunded:
- The part is returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
- The part is returned in re-saleable condition, unworn or damaged, untampered with and including all the entirety of the components it was sold with.
- The parts security markings have not been removed or altered.
