Delivery (express road freight)
Items are sent with an express road freight service. Delivery is available to all major cities & towns, and most regional and rural areas. The ETAs (estimates) for major cities are typically:
- Melbourne: 1 business day.
- Sydney: 1-2 business day.
- Adelaide: 1-2 business day.
- Brisbane: 2-3 business day.
- Perth: 3-4 business day.
- Hobart/Launceston: 3-4 business days.
*On orders placed before 2pm. Suspension and heavy mechanical parts may require 24hrs lead time.
Pick-up
Pick-up is available on most items. Contact our team to arrange collection at our warehouse.
Orders cannot be placed at our warehouse. You must arrange pick-ups in advance.
We do not allow customers to arrange their own third-party carriers to collect items from our warehouse.

For now, please contact our team. They have access to genuine BMW part data, and can use your VIN to accurately determine fitment compatibility by matching OEM numbers and options codes.
Please note: Some fitment checks may require more information that just your VIN. Our team will advise you.
Standard 3-month part warranty
BM Spares provides a standard 3-month part warranty on all items purchased. If the part we supply is faulty of damaged we will supply a replacement or refund. Refer to our warranty page for terms & conditions.
Extended & labour warranties options
Extended & labour warranties are available in some circumstances. To discuss these warranty options get in touch with our team.

Returns are accepted if the part purchased doesn't fit your vehicle, provided the following conditions are met:
- The part is returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
- The part was being used as a like-for-like replacement (not an upgrade.)
- That you have provided us with your vehicle's VIN or registration (along with any other information requested by our team) prior to or upon ordering.
- You have informed us of any modifications made to your vehicle.
Part is faulty
Faulty, defective or damaged parts are covered under warranty. Please refer to the warranty terms for more information.

All other returns are subject to approval by BM Spares. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee in the event that a return is accepted on this basis. If a return is approved, it must also meet the following conditions to be credited/refunded:
- The part is returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
- The part is returned in re-saleable condition, unworn or damaged, untampered with and including all the entirety of the components it was sold with.
- The parts security markings have not been removed or altered.
